Cocorose London, boutique designer shoe label, has been named as the winner of House of Fraser's POP at HoF competition, which was held at its flagship store on Oxford Street in partnership with the Great Retail Revival Foundation.
The footwear label, best known for its foldable shoes, has won the opportunity to launch an online concession at House of Fraser's website for a year. Cocorose London was also named the competitions 'Most Innovative Range.'
Nigel Oddy of House of Fraser said, “We've been overwhelmed by the caliber of finalists and their dedication to making POP at HoF such a success. As an established British retailer, it’s exciting for us to work with emerging talent to offer our customers fresh, new brands. We look forward to working closely with the winners, Cocorose London, and wish all the other retailers the best for the future.”
House of Fraser also awarded 'Highly Commended' prize to finalists Joulberry and Alison at Home who were also given the 'Best Store Fit Out' and 'Best Marketing Campaign' respectively. The Great Retail Revival Choice Award was awarded to Rock-a-bye Baby.
“All of the retailers worked incredibly hard to prepare themselves for the two week event – supported all the way by the House of Fraser and Great Retail Revival mentoring teams,” commented the Great Retail Revival team.
“The end result was a fantastic two weeks in store which saw lapsed customers returning to House of Fraser to experience something new and brought brand new customers into the store for the first time. It is fair to say everyone is delighted by the result.”
