Functions

• Working with the regional manager to drive the business.
• Creating HR solutions to the needs of the business.
• Responsible for analysing sales, hours and rotas and applying to the reality in the stores.
• Recruitment of managers.
• Recruitment of Sales Assistants for new stores and occasional recruitment of Sales Assistants for existing stores.
• Training and development of management and staff.
• Coaching and guiding managers to achieve business goals.
• Driving standards of customer service in stores.
• Handling employee relations issues including disciplinaries, appeals and grievances.
• Responsible for health and safety.
• Controlling compensation and benefits.
• Implementation of company policies, programs, and procedures.
• Advising managers and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.

Requirements

• University education
• At least 1 year's experience in similar position
• Very good knowledge of spoken English andSpanish
• Available to travel
• Availability to work on a full time basis

Essential:

• CIPD qualified
• Hands-on leadership style
• Hands-on HR approach
• Enthusiastic, motivated and able to motivate others.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant HR experience

Desirable:

• Willingness to travel across UK and Ireland
• HR Experience in Fashion Retail
• Knowledge of basic employment law.
• Good understanding of the retail market
