Functions
- Working with the regional manager to drive the business.
- Creating HR solutions to the needs of the business.
- Responsible for analysing sales, hours and rotas and applying to the reality in the stores.
- Recruitment of managers.
- Recruitment of Sales Assistants for new stores and occasional recruitment of Sales Assistants for existing stores.
- Training and development of management and staff.
- Coaching and guiding managers to achieve business goals.
- Driving standards of customer service in stores.
- Handling employee relations issues including disciplinaries, appeals and grievances.
- Responsible for health and safety.
- Controlling compensation and benefits.
- Implementation of company policies, programs, and procedures.
- Advising managers and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.
Requirements
- University education
- At least 1 year's experience in similar position
- Very good knowledge of spoken English andSpanish
- Available to travel
- Availability to work on a full time basis
