marketing manager/ project manager

Profile for PM/MM Hai Phong:
We are a production company of private-label garments which does most of our business from China and will be building our own factory with a local partner in
Hai Phong, Vietnam.

For our new factory we are looking for a marketing manager/project manager. The (part-time) job will be to establish strong management systems, marketing concept with the focus on sustainability and oversee the CSR and sales.
Once the factory is up and running an inventory of the local market will have to be made with the idea to find additional supply sources and intergrate Far East operations.

The job will require the candidate to live initially in Hai Phong and at a later stage in either Hanoi or HCM. After two to three years the situation will be reassessed and possible position as (full time) GM Far-East is an option.

Requirements are:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business management or marketing
- Extensive experience in Asia and the garment business
- Management and marketing experience
- Team worker
- Good communicator in Asian and European cultures
