Responsible for the day to day operations of the store. Training and development of staff. Driving sales throughout the store and helping to mentor and train new managers due to the fact Head Office is based above this store. With this being a Head Office Store you have responsibility for liaising with designers, visual merchandising managers, and senior managers on new ideas and concepts to roll out across all the other stores. This can be some what demanding and high standards are expected at all times. This manager will act as a mentor to new managers coming into the business and all training and development is carried out from this store. Must have a flexible, adaptable approach to your work and have the ability to work well under pressure.
