Kosian leaves Head N.V.
Dutch sporting goods company Head announced on Tuesday that Robert Kosian,
who was Head of Corporate Communications, has left the company to pursue other
opportunities. Clare Vincent replaces Mr. Kosian. Mrs. Vincent who is Head of
Corporate Finance, and currently looks after Corporate Communications in Europe,
will assume responsibility for Corporate Communications worldwide.
Head NV is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of premium sports equipment,
whose roots can be traced back to 1950 when Howard Head, the inventor of the
first metal ski, founded the company.

HEAD NV Announces Formation of UK Sales and Marketing Subsidiary
Rotterdam - October 25, 2001 - Head N.V. (NYSE: HED; VSX: HEAD), a leading global manufacturer and marketer of sports equipment, announced today that it has formed Head UK, a wholly owned sales and marketing subsidiary and appointed Jeremy Sherwood as UK Managing Director.

Jeremy has over 20 years of industry experience, most recently as the Managing Director for Europa Sportsystems UK, the former distributor for Prince, Nordica, Roller Blade and Killer Loop in the UK. We are working closely with our current UK distributor, Sportline, a division of H. Young Holdings Plc, to insure a smooth transition during the period leading up to the termination of that relationship at the end of December. .
