Online fashion retailer my-wardrobe took home the Best Customer Experience at the Drapers
E-Tail Awards 2010. Offering the latest in luxury clothing, the website will celebrate its fourth anniversary in April.
Held at the Bloomsbury Ballroom in London, my-wardrobe was selected from a shortlist of well leading e-tailers, commending the site for its design, product offering, customer service, my-tv and catwalk features. The award recognised the ongoing commitment to improving the brand mix and design, customer service, and offering innovative features.
Launched in April 2006 by Sarah Curran, the site, designed and developed in the UK, has become one of the UK’s most sought after designer online shopping destinations. my-wardrobe.com announced a 121 per cent like-for-like rise in sales (£1..1m against £503k) and its first one million pound month, in December.
