Gap Design Edition

The Gap is set to gear up with America's hottest designers for another maverick collaboration. As part of its Design Edition, which currently sees a partnership with French shoe designer Pierre Hardy, the retailer has enlisted five designers very much of the moment, including Philip Lim and LA menswear team Band of Outsiders.

The brief for the designers was to take the white shirt and re-invent it. As the classic white shirt is a must-have for summer we predict an immediate sell-out. The collection includes feminine blouses, tunics, and a masculine 'boyfriend' shirt, which looks great oversized an belted. Look out for the ad campaign which features Lily Donaldson and Irina Lazareanu.

The collection is available nationwide from Thursday, 17 April, starting from GBP35.
