Topshop to introduce click and collect service

Thursday, 05 April 2012

Arcadia chains Topman and Topshop will launch a click and collect service this year. Topman’s managing director David Shepherd has said the service will be made available in late May or June 2012.

A click and collect service will allow Topshop and Topman to remain competitive as more rivals offer increasingly flexible delivery options – Oasis, Marks & Spencer and John Lewis all offer the service already.

It will also enable the fascias to extend their brand reach, attracting more customers who may not be able to use home delivery and reducing the number of customers who may be forced to shop elsewhere.
