Value fashion retailer Primark opened its second store in Paris on Wednesday,

located in the suburb of Villeneuve la Garenne. The store opens less than two weeks after Primark opened the doors of first store in Paris, in Aulnay-sous-Bois and marks the opening of retailer's fourth store in France as the Irish retailer continues to expand into the country.

Located in the new shopping center of Qwartz, the store is spread over 3,400 square meters and offers Primark's collections for women, men, children as well as accessories, footwear and a large selection of homeware.

"We are delighted to open a second store in the Paris region at Qwartz, the first connected shopping centre in the area with ultra-modern facilities to make the user experience unique," commented a spokesperson for Primark.

"Primark received such a warm welcome for its openings in Marseille, Dijon and Aulnay-sous-Bois Paris, so we are now very excited to share our love for fashion with people who live in Villeneuve la Garenne, Paris and the surrounding area."

Primark aims to open its fifth store in France in June in Créteil, which will bring the total number of stores to 272 across nine countries.
