Piazza Sempione for sale
Friday, 19 October 2012Italian luxury house Piazza Sempione may soon find itself in the hand of new owners.
The company's CEO Enrico Morra confirmed this week that the Italian company, famed for its cashmere and high quality separates, is in negotiations with a potential investor to sell its assets.
Piazza Sempione is currently owned by a Luxemburg-based holding company, which in turn is owned by L Capital, the private equity arm of LVMH.
Piazza Sempione’s founders, Marisa Guerrizio and Roberto Monti, still have shares in the company.
