The owner of lingerie brand La Senza is considering plans to restructure the retail chain
that would allow it to close or sell some poorly-performing stores.
Sources have told Financial Mail that Lion Capital has already spoken to possible advisors about the plan, including restructuring and turnaround specialists Hilco.
The company is understood to have been weighed down by leases agreed by sister lingerie chain Contessa which merged with La Senza in 2007.
