H&M’s June total sales grew by 13%

H&M Group announced its financial status for the month of June 2012. Its total sales including VAT in local currencies increased by 13 percent compared to the same month the previous year. Company’s sales in comparable units grew by three percent. Comparable units comprise the stores and the internet and catalogue sales countries that have been in operation for at least a financial year. The total number of stores amounted to 2,596 on 30 June 2012 as compared to 2,305 on 30 June 2011.

H & M Hennes & Mauritz founded in Sweden in 1947 is a multinational retail-clothing company, known for its fast-fashion clothing for men, women, teenagers and children. The company operates close to 2,600 stores in 44 markets including franchise markets.
