Popular lifestyle brand, Cath Kidston, is under new company growth strategy plans,
and to aid them, Retail Assist has been appointed to provide a help desk to customers in stores.
This summer saw 3 new stores open in Chester, Nottingham and Meadowhall with a further 3 to open this autumn.
Mike Padfield, Cath Kidston’s IT Director comments: “As our trading hours are growing longer due to our airport and train station outlets, shop staff needed to be confident they could continue to receive the high standard of support that they were accustomed to. We needed a trusted partner to support our internal IT team, who were busy launching our new UK and international stores.”
Global expansion is now in the offing.
