Accessories Buying Manager Paris
Location: Paris
Salary: 50000 Euros to 70000 Euros
An exciting opportunity has recently come available for an Accessories Buying Manager to join one of the worlds largest young Fashion Retailers at there creative office in Paris!!
We are currently under an urgent search to find an established Accessories Buying Manager to join this feminine young fashion retail brand, this company have been established for over 20 years and have an extremely strong presence in Northern Europe. They retail on a global basis and specialise in Ladies Young Fashion. Recently they have made some exciting changes to the way they work and are now becoming a Buying lead business rather than a Design lead business. This will be highly strategic and product focused position.
As an Accessories Buying Manager your role will involve the following:

You will be responsible for defining the collection structure
-
Developing a category strategy and regularly analysing its success
-
Sourcing new suppliers in Asia and India

Monitoring the collection performance on a regular basis
-
Analysing sell in, sell out, sell through results and reacting accordingly

Motivating, Guiding and Managing a team of 5 buyers
-
Working closely with other head of departments to achieve the overall company goals
The successful candidate will be someone who is highly dynamic and personable attitude. Ideally they will have a minimum of 5 yrs experience within the fast fashion accessories field and will be highly product focused. The company offer generous packages and full support with relocation.
