
Store Manager, Copenhagen, Denmark
We are currently looking for a Store Manager to work in our Copenhagen store.

Since the opening of the first store in Soho in 1994 the business has attracted massive international media coverage and continues to do so. The company prides itself on quality, service and an absolute refusal to adhere to fluctuating trends.
Main responsibilities of the role include:

Monitor monthly KPI reports and action plan to meet and improve on KPI targets

Instil a culture of exceptional service within the team and monitor product knowledge to achieve this, taking action to improve where necessary

Hold daily staff briefings to motivate staff and communicate targets

Complete and action plan monthly Business Reviews with Area Manager

Performance manage all staff using monthly performance reviews and yearly appraisals. Liaise with Area Manager to action all areas of underperformance and recognise good performance.

Communicate with key Head Office departments to reach KPI targets e.g. Merchandising, Retail Marketing, HR etc

Ensure weekly and monthly business reports are completed accurately and on time

Monitor payroll costs and manage staffing within given budgets. Take action to improve where necessary

Ensure all stock systems, paperwork, deliveries and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately correctly by the team. Inform HQ of any discrepancies
Applicants for this position will need:
-
Minimum 1 year experience in a role managing a team of people within a Store or department store
-
Proven leadership skills and abilities. Has ability to manage a to achieve budgets & targets (financial and customer)

Understands the importance of high standards in store of VM, grooming and housekeeping
-
Has performance managed teams previously

Experience of problem solving and using initiative
-
Aware and excited by brand/ organization
