Design Director for a High Street brand in Paris
A rare opportunity is currently available for a Design Director role in an International Global High Street Young Ladies Fashion Company in Paris.
The Company has about 730 shops in 33 Countries.
The ideal candidate will come from High Street Brands and from a similar role of Design Director or Creative Director. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible to take this Company up to a Higher level of performance and create a stronger Brand Identity. This Design Director has to have at least 15 years experience in Fashion Design, particularly High Street. International experience together with High Street experience is a must. Overlooking all Design Departments and responsible for about 5 Head of Design and 23 Designers but involved in the Commercial Strategy of the Company as well as Stores Visual Merchandising, liaising with Buying Director and Departments, Marketing etc. Needs to be knowledgeable on Design, High Street Product, costing and fabrics.
Salary from 100,000 to 150,000 Euros+ bonus scheme + benefits and relocation package.
