Gallery expands on design

Gallery International Fashion Fair taking place from 5-8th February 2009 will present 40 new design-driven brands and six new catwalk shows. By expanding the exhibition area with two shows tents of 800 m2, Gallery has now more space for leading design-driven brands. Brands new on the books are women collections from See by Cloe, Anna Sui, Anglomania, Alexander McQueen MCQ, Stella Nova, Annhagen, Marco Polo, Vanessa Bruno, Coming Soon Yohji Yamamoto, Patricia Pepe, True Religion and Michael Kors.

The renewal of Gallery expands outdoors with two tents in front of the entrance of Forum Copenhagen. One of the tents, made possible by Darrol Mannequins and Egekilde mineral water, will have six catwalk shows featuring Danish, Swedish and Finnish brands. In a smaller tent, various alternative collection presentations will take place, plus show films, a magazine brunch and a fashion party. Gallery is still CO2 free and lunch is hosted by Italian Michelin star restaurant, Era Ora.

Last August, Gallery attracted 12,000 visitors and 1,000 journalists. Other brands the fashion fair presents include Filippa K, Lagerfeld, Malene Birger, NOIR, Tiger of Sweden, Peter Jensen, Wood Wood, Poul and Joe and Stella McCartney to name but a few.
