Shareholders in Moss Bros have called on the retailer to move to Aim in an attempt to cut costs. The call came from one of the group's }
largest shareholders following an ill-tempered annual general meeting last week.
Laura Crawford, a legal director at Greenwoods, urged Moss Bros chief executive Philip Mountford to consider moving to Aim following the annual meeting. Mountford, who chaired the AGM following the resignation last week of Keith Hamill, conceded that the cost of a full listing was too high but insisted that any decision would have to be taken by the new chairman. |
