Swedish high-street fashion chain Hennes & Mauritz is set to open a store on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. "Hollywood has the demographics and the appeal as a hip location which is attractive to the H&M customer who wants what's current, trendy, and creating a buzz," said Shaul Kuba of real estate investor CIM Group, who is leasing the store to H&M. "Selecting Hollywood Boulevard signals the renewed attraction of Hollywood as a retail and entertainment destination. H&M has a tremendous following among young women who want the latest fashions." This is the second location on the West Coast that H&M is leasing from CIM. It will open another store on Colorado Boulevard in the Old Pasadena district later this year. |
